Tin Min Htut

Mr. Htut has extensive international as well as local professional experience in research, due diligence, business development, management consulting, organizational change, team facilitation, and Lean Six Sigma performance improvement. He has deep expertise in formulating and executing comprehensive and integrated capital and M&A solutions that accelerate the growth of young as well as established companies. Mr. Htut has worked with leading Myanmar & International companies in the financial services, industrial goods and services, commercial and residential real estate, manufacturing, health care as well as ICT products and services.

Prior to his experience in Myanmar, Mr. Htut was deeply involved with the drug discovery innovation processes of a leading German drug maker Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, at US Headquarters as a researcher for 17 years. His contributions and achievements include: Lean Six Sigma Green belt on R&D pipeline, medical innovation, organizational change management and peer-reviewed scientific publications. In addition, he has advisory experience in the field of business development via Stern Consulting Corps, for New York City’s business development district.

Mr. Htut earned his MBA from New York University with specializations in Finance, Strategy and Management and master's and bachelor's degrees with honors in Chemistry and Biology from Pittsburg State University and Western Illinois University, USA.
